Motivation and passion:
I’ve always dedicated my time and energy to giving back to my community. I strongly believe my mission is to help people turn their goals into victories, one rep at a time. Fitness isn’t just about lifting weights; it’s about lifting confidence, energy, and mindset.
About me:
Before stepping into the world of fitness coaching, I served in the U.S. Navy and went on to spend 12 years working as a veterinary technician. Throughout my journey in life, one thing has always been a consistent factor and that would be my love of fitness and health. This has shaped me into the man I am today.
Turning point:
My turning point into becoming a coach came when I realized I wanted to give back, to share the knowledge and experience that once guided me. Looking back on my own journey, I remember what it felt like to be in the shoes of those just starting out

About me:
I’ve been in health and fitness since a young age of 13 with wrestling,football and track. I just have a huge passion for helping people. As a kid, I wanted to be a male Nurse (it wasn’t so cool at that time) so I opted to join the military instead. So my desire to help has always been there.
Motivation and passion:
To be honest, I feel that the world is severy under educated in the science of exercise and nutrition. I just want to help as many people as possible. It is upsetting to hear that people think they are too old or not able to work out. I will always find a way to make you stronger, faster, more stable and that is a promise. Coaching, human development, is no different than building a house. Watching the foundation be built and set in stone to being able to grow and lift 100 pounds for the first time, is such a rewarding experience for me. I love it, I would not change that for anything.

Turning point:
When I was in the military and people were asking me how to get better. This is when I knew I had what it takes to be the best coach. Surprisingly when I got out I had worked in construction. The thought of watching myself turn plane objects into something amazing always inspired me. Now I do the same with people and their confidence, bodies and strength!
My favorite food:
Pizza hands down, I will aslo crush any dessert but specifically warm oatmeal chocolate chip cookies!
