At Home 6 Week Challenge: For those who want to get a jumpstart on their fitness and currently have access to a home gym set up or go to a regular globo style gym.
Included:
1. 5 days a week of workouts
2. Free nutrition guidance
3. accountability and access to our private App
4. Workout tracking through our custom app
5. Access to our weekend classes (if you are in the Raleigh, NC area) on saturdays at 9am.
2. At Home Programming: This is going to consist of 5 days a week of working out. It will have a strength progression with a classic feel of some body building work with conditioning pieces. The major days off where we will only be conditioning will be on tuesday and thursday. **** You will only have access to our custom app and you will need access to your own gym.
3. Intro to fitness: (This is in person at our sister gym CrossFit TTG) You do not need a gym membership and what we focus on here is conditioning with some strength work. WE ONLY use dumbbells and Kettlebells as well as some sleds and machines.
