Our Story

Navy Veteran and Founder of TTG Fitness

Our goal is to be able to provide a fitness routine for anyone and everyone of all abilities, and set them up for success in daily life.  I am always looking for ways to improve our presence and the valuable information we can bring to the community. As a veteran, I have learned to work as a team while completing the most challenging tasks. With multiple leadership course I have been able to successfully train and inspire teams. It has taught me to look adversity in the face, adapt, overcome, and persevere through discipline and determination, while maintaining composure and resiliency. It has taught me to stand up for things that I value. It has created a moral compass of integrity and faith that is forever instilled in me. Ultimately, it makes me the best candidate to help encourage and build a community of healthy, happy people.

One day I was sitting back and going through my marketing data and a specific thing caught my eye. I realized, we are losing interest because we have CrossFit in the name and in some circumstances that can be intimidating. Yes, I do own a CrossFit gym and it has helped so many people transform their lives. So doing what I do best, brainstorming and creating a hundred scenarios in my head, one idea actually clicked: I’m going to do what I love and continue to be extremely passionate about helping people by changing even more lives. I decided I wanted to create a structured, fun, informative and inviting space for ALL to start and build upon their fitness journey, without the fear of starting.

At TTG Fitness, we prioritize teaching, training and growth at the foundation of our core. Our space is an aerobic, fun, upbeat, sweaty, strength training, circuit-based methodology to promote health and longevity for all ages. By using simple and daily movement patterns, we will build better balance, strength and coordination.  The fitness routine will change daily as well as the targeted muscle groups. This method of programming allows for the best muscular adaptation (growth) to take place. Class has about 30-40 minutes of exercise per class per day to build a sweat and burn stubborn fat. Some days include a strength session, then a 20-minute conditioning piece. This method allows you to build the strength you need to pick up that bag of mulch, throw your child on your shoulder, grab the plate off the top shelf or help your partner get up off the floor. Having owned a fitness center for over 5 years, those are some of the reasons why members have started their fitness routine. Our goal is to be able to provide that daily routine for anyone and everyone, with or without limitations, and set them up for success in daily life.
